3月4日消息，为支持办好中西部地区国际性展会，财政部、海关总署、税务总局联合印发《关于“十五五”期间中西部地区国际性展会展期内销售的进口展品税收优惠政策的通知》，明确对2026年至2030年期间举办的中国—蒙古国博览会、中国—俄罗斯博览会、中国—非洲经贸博览会、中国—东盟博览会、中国—南亚博览会暨中国昆明进出口商品交易会、中国·青海绿色发展投资贸易洽谈会（国际藏毯展区）、中国—亚欧博览会，以及2026年至2027年期间举办的中国—东北亚博览会、中国—阿拉伯国家博览会，每个展商在展期内销售的免税额度内的进口展品，继续免征进口关税、进口环节增值税和消费税，同时适当扩大各展会的免税展品类别及免税销售额度。
他說：「即便是批評伊朗的美國親密盟友，如今也面臨報復風險，以及一旦伊朗政權混亂崩潰所帶來的不穩定局面。」
